Over 100 years ago our founder, Cristoforo, arrived in the UK from pre-World War I northern Italy (then known as Austro Hungary).
Using his skills as a knife sharpener he founded a knife sharpening dynasty that has grown as it passed from father to son, generation after generation. Over the decades the company evolved and expanded into new areas. It changed name and modernised as society and industry progressed.
After more than a century of commercial business operations our knife sharpening services now extend across the UK to all private individuals and domestic households.
