Chosen your courier at checkout but have now changed your mind?
Upgrading from Evri to DPD is simple.
Choose the upgrade below depending on whether your original order has a shipping charge applied or not.
Once you have upgraded please email us your original order number so that we can apply the upgrade to your order.
You'll receive your new label via email within 24 hours.
Return-label validity
Your package includes a prepaid return label for sending your knives to our workshop.
• DPD labels are valid for six months from your order date.
• Evri labels are valid for 28 days from your order date.
If your Evri label expires before you use it, purchase a replacement below for £4.50 before sending your knives. This charge applies only to replacing an expired label.
Please use a valid label to avoid delays in transit.
